About Ex Vi and ExViGalleries- (African American Art)
Expressive Visions was created from a dream and passion that our founder and president, Tina M. Phillips has for African American art. African American art has shaped our history and culture for decades. Expressive Visions wants to expose our artistic talents to the world in a more global aspect than its ever been done before.
Expressive Visions was founded in 2005 by President and Founder Tina M. Phillips. Expressive Visions is an online art gallery store and resource website. It will feature African American art from all over the world. The art includes African American themes like spiritual, religious, musical, sports, family and children images, to mention a few. Expressive Visions will not display or sell pornographic images of any kind.
Expressive Visions
Now, that's God-given!
The vision behind this is the passion that we have for African American art and the gift God has placed inside the artist to inspire the world from the paint brush to the canvas. Artists will gain exposure via this web site and onsite art galleries. We are based online and in Dallas, Texas and will expand in the next few years to a Los Angeles area and San Francisco-Oakland Bay Area.
Expressive Visions is the mother company for other projects like our upcoming art gallery, Ex Vi Galleries, homeless relief programs, educational institutions and state-of-the-art shopping malls and plazas.
The name 'Ex-Vi' comes from the first 2 letters of 'expressive' and the first 2 letters of 'visions'. It is pronounced {X-Vi, 'vi' like 'pie' . Ex Vi will be the newest African American art gallery forth coming soon. It will facilitate art from all over the world. We are very excited to know that several artists have accepted an invitation to display their art on our website. Please stayed tuned and click here again for artists selection right here.
